MASS BUILDING fitness

Bulk Diets does not mean an excuse to get fat

  • Sometimes bulk diets get confused with eat whatever you want diets, but fast food for all 9 meals a day is a terrible idea.

  • Bulk diets are based around the macro nutrients and eating a ton of them to see the best results.

  • Lifting heavy is ideal being that you will need this muscle to stay with you when you start trying to lean for vacation.

  • Remember: Compound workouts, lots of lean proteins, Vegetables, and carbs together.

Compound workouts

  • Compound workouts are workouts that work out more than one muscle at a time.

  • Of course the primary muscle is the reason your doing that workout in the first place, but you do heavy lifts for muscle growth AND stability growth.

  • Work the fast twitch muscle fibers and hard as you can.

  • I swear by your muscles have to at least feel the heavy weight before it can start growing, so get spotters.

  • Tip: Don't forget to stretch.

Macro Nutrients

  • Carbs, Proteins, and fats

  • Best Diet plan to guide by to gain large muscle mass while burning body fat.

  • Breakfast for example:

  • Oats with honey and bananas

  • Lots of eggs

  • Avocado

  • Carbs from the oats complemented with natural sugars

  • Eggs for protein

  • Avocado for healthy fats

Supplements

When you are more advanced and wanting to bulk I would recommend a vasoconstrictor pre workout with a more filler post workout protein.

C4 is a good vasoconstrictor being that it has high caffeine levels and beta-alanine. Remember though that all people have different metabolism rates, so something for me might be a little more intense than say someone with high caffeine tolerance.

I would recommend a mass tech mass gainer protein being that it packs about everything you need in getting bigger in size and gives a really good replacement of meals, in-between meals.
