MAIN DIETS:

  • KETO DIET= High in Protein, Very Low Carb/ Sugar Diet. To become more Shredded, this diet helps.

  • GLUTEN FREE DIET= No Gluten Products (No Flour)

  • PALEO DIET= You Technically Eat Like a "Caveman". No Processed Foods, No Grains, No Dairy. Lots of Meats, Fish, Vegetables, & Fruits.

  • MACRONUTRIENT DIET= Fats + Carbs + Protein for almost every meal. This Diet is good to meal prep and gain muscle mass.

​

MAIN WORKOUTS:​

  • COMPOUND WORKOUTS= Heavy Lifting Workouts that work different muscles all in one workout. Like Bench Press, Dead Lifts, & Squats are the main three.

 

  • ISOLATED WORKOUTS= Lifting one muscle group to help grow that one specific muscle. Like Bicep Curls, Tricep Extensions, Shoulder Press, Etc.

 

  • HIGH INTENSITY WORKOUTS= When doing a lot of body weight workouts, sometimes weight, and cardio. Like Crossfit, Circuit Training, HIIT, Cycle Classes, Etc.

TIPS/ HELP:​

  • TWITCH FIBERS= To Workout Slow Twitch Fibers (Like for running marathons) Run a lot for a long period of time. Not Good For Short bursts of strength, but good for long endurance strength. Fast Twitch Fibers (Like for power lifting) Resistance weight training and doing more quick sprints for cardio is good for Short Burst of strengths.

  • BODY TYPES= Ectomorph= Naturally Skinny, Mesomorphs= Naturally Strong and Ripped, Endomorph= Naturally Obese & has Slow Metabolism.

 

  • AT HOME WORKOUTS= Workouts that don't need weight or equipment. Like lots of Push-ups and variations of push-ups, Pull-ups (if you can), Wall Sits, Burpees, Body Weight Squats, Running in Place, Sit-ups, etc. can work almost every muscle in your body. If your looking for growth, you will want to do some weights.
