Leaning Up=  Strength, Endurance, and Definition.

Toning Up= Less Strength and Most Definition

Diet Plan Preference:

Paleo=  Follows "Caveman Diet" with lots of Meats, Fish, Vegetables, and Fruit. No Grains, processed foods, or Dairy.

Vegan= No Meats, but a lot of plant based proteins
