I wanted to reach out to you today and apologize for resenting some of the thing that you recommended to help my restaurant. I am a very stubborn person and I noticed that the things you recommended were true and I started implementing them last week.

I grew $5,500 in Net sales the first week for a record high in the past year and I point all the credit to you. With noticing I threw away so much product and was paying out to much money, I will actually profit more of these sales at the end of the month as well.
