I’ve spent more than twenty years in the mortgage industry. This business isn’t for the faint of heart, and in that time I learned the thing that frustrates people most isn’t a hard answer, it’s an unclear one. It’s waiting on someone who has to ask somebody else for permission before they can tell you anything at all.
That’s why I do this as a direct lender. When your file is reviewed under this roof, the person reading it is the person you already talked to. I pride myself on finding ways to say yes when others have said no, because I know what’s sitting on the other side of that answer: a quaint log home here in Saint James, a modern new build in the city you picked, or anything in between. Nothing beats the feeling of handing a happy customer their keys.
Outside of work, my wife Kimberly and I have a blended family of eight adult children and ten grandchildren, and we live here in Saint James, Missouri with our dogs Charlie, a mini Australian Shepherd, and Gracie, our new English Golden puppy. I’m a Desert Storm veteran, and helping other veterans use benefits they earned is some of the most satisfying work I do.
