  • Do as much weight as you can by doing compound workouts.
  • When your muscles start to feel weight, they will grow. Its always beneficial to get a spot.
  • Pyramid workouts
  • Try not to do anything more than 8 reps
  • A lot of resistance training to produce the most hypertrophy in the muscles and help growth.
  • 2 minutes between sets is a okay.
