First, understanding what body type you currently are and second, what body type you want to be in the future.. follow the steps to success that we have learned about for the past 10 years. For simple, patient, and long- lasting results in your fitness journey. Keep yourself accountable by printing out this pdf (or purchasing the physical journal in the shop portion of this site for us to do that for you) and see results the most effective way possible.

2. YOU CAN'T OUT RUN A TERRIBLE DIET
There are so many different variations of diets, that once again you can go into diet paralysis and not even do one because of exhaustion. Our diets are simple and effective for all body types. We understand the struggles of ectomorphs gaining weight and muscle, but we have helped hundreds of people step up their game. We also understand the struggles of endomorphs losing weight, because I am one! It is so easy for me to get fat and so hard for me to lose weight if I don't manage it daily. We have simplified the methods to not counting calories because we assume you are not competing in World Lifting Tournaments or Physique shows just not yet. We are just trying to maintain a healthy and normal lifestyle while also looking for results in our normal lives.

3. WHEN YOU SEE RESULTS, BALANCE WILL COME
Alright, here is the deal. When you start seeing results and you're not that boring person who just says they are on a diet every second of every day, because remember we are speaking for the normal people here, you will feel balanced immediately when you look in the mirror the first time you are proud of yourself. This is also where I tell you to always be proud of yourself in the mirror, but also know that you are in control of your body and can change it if you want to. Also, you can do this solely for health reasons and recovering faster from life obstacles. You will finally feel in control and I am speaking from experience here. I haven't taken a week off since 2009. It is an amazing feeling every time I lift to this day! It is an even better experience helping someone see results in the gym and getting them addicted to working out as well!
