Thats up to you. Building new habits and behaviors is very difficult, we only deal with guys who have a desire to improve themselves. There is no point in learning how to change if you are not willing to give up the behaviors that make you sick. If this feels like a warning sign, maybe it is. But for those who want it, the good news is that this shit comes on fast. You can literally use our training practices to change your state of being on the spot. Learning to carry this thoughout the day or into competition will take practice.
